The hotel rooms were a little too small for my liking, especially when traveling with children, but I must highlight the excellent service provided by Irene, who ensured my father and I got an amazing room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that the TVs had internet TV and Netflix available. Surprisingly, we even got a fireworks view without needing to ask for it.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside the West Gate to Walt Disney World, perfect for a Disney World trip. The rooms are cozy and modern, equipped with essential amenities like a safe, microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. While the dining options could be improved with more variety, the service was excellent and the location was ideal for easy access to the Disney parks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, with a view over the fireworks of Disney, were very well laid out, and I appreciated the walk-in closet for privacy. However, the glass fixtures could be a concern for families with younger children, and the housekeeping missed our morning requests.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to rooms with a view of the Disney fireworks, which was amazing! The rooms were incredibly spacious with a couch, desk, refrigerator, and microwave. Overall, the hotel was really clean, had great parking, and offered excellent pool and restaurant facilities. However, there were some issues with stains on the floor and sofa, and a power outage during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was like being in a cozy studio apartment - the rooms were huge and comfortable, but the lack of a safe was a downside. The location was very good, close to Disney and essential amenities, although the area is still being developed. The service was friendly and welcoming, but one staff member was exceptionally rude. The dining experience was nice but a bit congested with limited breakfast options.
